Great game but has problems

This app is really great except for all the problems! I tried this app on my friends iPod touch and it was great but when I downloaded it myself it got stuck on loading and now I cant buy eny games because if I do they get stuck on download too. And the second problem is when I pressed the game (before the update) it would always pop back to the home screen.
Please fix the problems!!!
